Who is the cheapest for wormer for a cat and or a dog locally at the moment?
Its just that Frodo (the cat) is out and catching animals at the moment so needs wormed very frequently and Poppy dog might need done soon!

the vets sell individual doses of drontal, ive found that is the best one, and cheaper than buying the packs from supermarkets

Bob martins doesnt work. imho
Looking for panacur granules for the cat as I can get him to take it!
And probably drontal for Poppy dog.
Last time I looked it was nearly £6 for 3 sachets of panacur in PAH...yet at the vets it was 66p for 1 sachet.

Use profender on the cat, it's a spot on solution and that means no cat in a towel to do it! It costs a bit but available from the vet...only thing that works on hunting cats!

Im worming the cat frequently at the moment!
Every 4 weeks or so.
He hunts!
Summertime=catching anything that moves and worming for him.

Was going to say, don't need a prescription for Drontal any more, so must be some good cheap places online! But Buggyracer beat me to it!:lol: Dunno about Panacur? Will keep an eye to see if anyone else uses a good online place, our lot are due again soon!

Don't bother with the supermarket ones, they are not fully effective. Try Drontal, its quite cheap, £1.30(ish) a tablet. I get mine from

Drontal Spot On is the most effective. We've tried others, they aren't so effective, and they need to be repeated more frequently. We order ours on line from Petmeds. Cat and dog both done for fleas today!
