Xbox red light

hi the 3 red lights appear on my xbox and as it is out of warrenty so microsoft wont fix it. Does anyone know anywhere i can get it fixed. Willing to pay of course ;)

there are many fixes if you type in your question on yahoo or any search engine

not sure on locals that can do the refluxing though.
