Could anyone tell me where i can start searching for relative's in Canada?

I'm looking for Moira Mcfarlene who was born in Dundee and emigrated to Ontario. She married Walter Orlow and they had 2 children, Karen-lee and Mark. Karen and Mark will now be in their 30's.
Last known address was, 151 Beechwood Cresent, Newmarket, Ontario.

Any help will be appreciated.
