Armadale surgery being auctioned

Anyone know what's going on with the surgery in Armadale? There's a sale board attached to it from a company called Acuitas (I may have the spelling wrong, was trying to read it as I drove past), saying it's being auctioned on July 8th - I assume in London because it's an 020 phone number. I can't find anything about the auctioneer though and acuitas.co.uk just goes to a domain holding page.

Phill, you genius, thank you very much :D I'd mis-spelt it, it's Acuitus, and here's the auction:

Looks like it's just the owner of the building that's going to change; it's leased to one of the doctors until 2025 so no need for us to worry about possibly losing it :D

a notice from the doctors has been put in bettyhill post office. it says that the building is going to be entered into an auctioned by the current owners and that they will continue to rent the premises from the new owners so there will be no change to the services.:D
