ps3 not working

I keep getting the error " the hard disk you submitted is not correct" or the hard disk is not recognised.

it will not go pass this screen. i heard there is a guy out in bower who is able to fix ps3/xboxes.

If any1 can help it will be greatly appreciated :)

if u hold the power button down it should reset itself but if the hardrive is faulty you can change it yourself its a laptop harddrive thats in the ps3
