Hi all, They are interessted in buying your house for renting out But you have to put up funds first of £1199 and wont except at end of selling house. They will probably value your house £15000 higher than it is and the buyer is a Mr Brown suppossidly

Sadly this looks very much a SCAM so be aware

There are dozens of scams around, you have to watch what you are doing. I have received cold calls trying to get me to buy shares in companies that are expanding so rapidly my investment is going to quadruple within a month. On looking for the magical company on the stock markets you will find that it does not exist here, or America or anywhere else. When you tell them this on the followup call you get all the wierd and wonderful excuses of them honouring because of your past and allowing you to purchase a substantial holding before the company goes onto the exchange and the share prices go sky high.

Don't be taken in by anybody offering you a quick return on your money. You get no free ride to riches in this world. Unless of course you are a banker and can get funny money for making your bank go burst.

Just heard on news that an unemployed lorry driver was trying to sell the Ritz Hotel - got to admire his nerve!

You wouldn't think anyone would fall for that but he got his first £1m.
