what a great idea - though i had a wee giggle whilst reading this post - my 13 year old daughter has just beem allowed to operate the microwave unsupervised even then she managed to burn her finger on the chocolate she was heating up - so dont think she will be entering :-) xx

Shame its for age 12+. My OH's 8 year old makes a mean spag bol! Supervised of course, but he is excellent at it :)

I never was a chef myself. At 85 years of age it's probably too late for me to learn. But it looks great for the youth of Thurso.
