Can someone confirm this please? i think this email is just a standard 'thanks we've received your query and will get back to you within 24 hours'? is this correct?

i only remember the odd word from one year of french at school!

No worries Ricco, i sent an enquiry about a spare part for a quad import and that came back almost instantly, i have since received a very good reply in english :)
