The man made his debut in Waterloo, Ontario to some standing ovations...
People rather enjoyed his pre-prepared presentation (3 P's).. The only thing he didn't touch on (Missed), was the fact that the UK Gov't had cut his financing/ funding.....

I thought his work was funded by Cambridge University where he is Lucasian Professor for Mathematics (http://www.lucasianchair.org/)

You can read the Deed of Grant on the link but it is in Latin so you have to be very clever.

Newspaper states he retired as above last year/ then later it said that the funding was pulled.
Am no clever, but took Latin at School....Wick High to boot!
Our Premier thought he was 'drawing a vision of God'!
Perhaps our RICH from Toronto will read this & comment..

Just an interesting story, and it gets people who know much more about it to voice their opinions.
