Solution to BP crisis.

Solution for BP oil crisis - Manufacture a giant pliable rubber balloon ( at least 1 inch thick ) and attach a mile long high pressure pipe. Lower deflated balloon into the hole where the oil is leaking, a heavy anchor attached at the base would make this possible. Anchor would also be connected to a wire rope on a land based winch to assist in lowering. Once in place inflate balloon with hydraulic fluid until leak is blocked, if leakage started again more pressure could be applied. Any smaller holes drilled could be treated in the same manner. If this were to be successful I trust BP and America would reward me.
