Garden Rotavator

Wanted,

I am looking for a small garden rotavator, (possibly electric) that would be suitable for making a seed bed in a small veg patch that has already been dug.

I considered buying an electric one from Lidl, but while I was thinking about it they sold out, :confused has anyone used one of these, and what are they like?
