Can anyone help me with info on David Dunnet born c1855 Canisbay Caithness, parents James Dunnet & Janet Cook. David married Mary Bain 1876 in Bexley Terrace Pulteneytown. On the 1891 census they were living at Castletown Village in the parish of Olrig Davids Occupation was carter, his sister Jessie Ann Rae was also living with them. So far have found no children from this marriage or deaths for either David or Mary. Any help much appreciated.

Hi.
Not able to help directly,
but a David Dunnet age 26 Stockman
and Tom Rosie Dunnet 24 ""
both from Cansibay, Caithness

left Glasgow for USA on the Tuscania in 1923.....

This could be the same family further down the line.
Good luck

Hi Tinkle,
Thanks for that it all helps i will follow this lead up and see if there is a connection. I am wondering if Mary and David also left Caithness as so far have not found a death for either and i cant find them on the census after 1881.
