Need 50cm taken off breadth of B&Q stainless steel splashback. anybody know of anyone who can do that?
You can buy a stainless steel jigsaw blade and just go for it - did mine fine.

Thanks. I'll try that
Most of the local engineering companys could cut it for you.I would try JGC in Halkirk good clean cut and a straight line.Easier than a jigsaw!!
I got my steel spashback trimmed by E & M Engineering.

Use a slitting disc on an angle grinder. I cut some SS M8 bolts today no bother.

Thanks for all the advice. After reading the first response I got out my jigsaw, plucked up courage and discovered it was very easy! The hardest bit of the whole job was getting the plastic protective film off the stainless steel!
