Just wondered if anyone had had experience of using miCoach?

I've been looking at these gadgets for a while but it's a minefield of different gizmos so I've managed to get it down to either miCoach or the Forerunner 205.

I know it's a personal preference thing but I'd love to know what your thoughts on them are if you've used them.

Cheers

Ach you don't need all that fangled new stuff.

I just write a list.

Mars Bar (Well I have walked to the fridge three times now, I feel I am needing sustinance)

Beer, Beer (I need a break from all this walking)

Toilet (four beers)

You can vary the routine according to your present level of fitness, but five months of this and you should end up looking like me.

Lol. Don't think that type of routine will get me round Brora 10k though.

As a user of a Garmin Forerunner I would recomend the 205 as it has the added advantage of being able to link to the Garmin GSC 10 cycling unit.

It is also more reliable, check out reviews of both on Amazon.

Quite true. Roger Bannister never had one when he broke 4 minute mile
