as l am new here in watten wonder if anyone can answer a few questions for me.

where is the nearest mobility shop and also to do repairs on bed chairs.

Also l know things go quicker word of mouth so my partner drives HGV 2 and is looking for work driving any suggestions where to look or ask.

Also a cat got one of our young ducks do you think a goose will protect them and if so where to go.

Also my son 11yrs would like to join some clubs and make friends any suggestions where & what.
He likes outdoors, he likes animals, helping out, etc any help would be great as its hard when your the new guy.

Welcome to the forum, and hope you enjoy Watten.

I think the nearest mobility specialists are in Inverness. However the folks at the furniture shop at the Harbour in Thurso may be able to help you. I got a special chair there for dad some while ago with VAT exemption because of his disabilities. They also ordered parts for a rise and recline chair when the motor siesed.

Not sure about activities, but the folks at the shop and post office will be well versed in all the goings on the village can offer.
