After the success of the last month's Bu-shi seminar in Thurso KSD Martial Arts are looking for new members. The classes are held in Thurso, Halkirk and Castletown, all ages and levels of fitness are welcome, no previous experience required and the first 3 classes are free.

I've so wanted to go to a martial arts class for years now but I'm too scared of looking a complete burk!
Both my daughters did Tae Kwon Do and Karate for a couple of years so maybe I could convince one of them to come with me???!! Hmmmm, I shall speak to em tonight. :)
