hi i am looking for a heater for a big room it has to be electricbut i am unsure of the kws i have seen a few one says 3kw other 2kw what is the best to go for thanks in advance

Tis a double edged sword Ajax

Kw is a measure of the power output.
Therefore the higher the Kw rating the more heat it should put out.

Of course the higher the Kw rating the faster your leccy meter will go round.

I would assume they have some sort of control to vary the output.

Well i have convector heater just a cheap one out of asda and boy it fairly throws the heat out heats rooms up quickly
i have had electric heaters in the past like the normal oil filled filled electric heaters and they dont throw the heat out like a convector heater but thats just my opinion

have storage heaters in our house and seems to keep house warm.
