I have mine with pasta twirls and covered in sauce :)

We have our with spaghetti. I use this recipe (http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/pasta-recipes/meatballs-and-pasta)

Mmmm I season mine with aromat, paprika and chilli flakes and flash fry them and pop them in the oven to cook through. Then using the leftover juices I make a rich red wine gravy with cranberry and pour over meatballs and mash - yummy!
P.S The meatball seasoning also works well if you wanna BBQ them
