House Prices in Wick

Just a quick question, have the house prices in Wick gone up must lately, say in the last 3 years.

I bought a house 3 years ago for £33,000 what would it be worth now at a rough guess-timate.

Any comments welcome.

There are so many variables no one can really answer this question. Have you improved your house in the last three years, or has it gone downhill? What part of Wick are you living in, and have any other houses sold recently? What are similar houses going for?

You should be able to talk to one of the property solicitors in the area who should be able to give you an idea of how much to ask for.

I bought a house, with a double garage, in sept 2002, and now similar ones are going for around £5-10k more, with out garages
