It looked like a Caithness Eagle to me - there's a lot of them about.;)

I just thought it might have been a eagle there was a pair high up when i lived in Dunbeath i never noticed them flying high

Definitely a Buzzard but my first thought was a Honey Buzzard. Not sure how likely that is though!
But Buzzard all the same.
