I had to restore my puter yesterday back to factory settings and now when I try to open a file that was saved from email it informs me that my current security setting don't allow it to be downloaded.
How do I change the necessary settings?

Also I lost all my emails in the restore, don't suppose there's some secret little hidey hole on the puter somewhere that stores them?
