Can anyone reccomend a good solicitor who can deal with the Child Support Agency?

Good Luck the csa are a nightmare! Ive been almost 2 years and still not much further on its all a paper chase, but fingers crossed we will get there eventually. Try the citizens advice maybe they can point you in the right direction? Good Luck!

Thank you. Aye. My battle has lasted almost 5 years but can't seem to get a solicitor who can actualy fight them properly.

Hi you could try Mackenzie and Cormac in Tain not sure if they do csa work but they are very very good and i doesnt cost anything to ask :)

Contact your local MP, he can work wonders with the CSA

Agreed,my brother went to his local mp who is john thurso and he got it all sorted out in a very short space of time,,he even got money back from them and his payments reduced..
