needing a hall

Hi does anyone know where i could rent a hall or large room my band has a new pa system and needs to set the settings i gave it a go in the house but you can only turn it up to a certain level before you annoy the neighbours lol i've tried the legion they are busy i tried the ormlie club but can't seem to get an answer and was thinking bout scrabster hall but not sure who to talk to about it anyone got any other ideas or who to talk to about scrabster hall ??
