J A Mackay in Thurso is probably your best bet. If he doesn`t stock it he will order it in for you.

Just substitute with cider vinegar or another vinegar but not malt or white vinegar....if you cannot get it!
Im good at putting something else in when I dont have the right thing...
For sweet and sour all you are really looking for in the vinegar is the "sour" bit :lol:
