help finding builders

Does anybody have any positive or negative recommendations for builders? We are embarking on a major house renovation and are ready for quotes (planning etc in place). Now we're having trouble finding people to do the work.

Any pointers much appreciated!

i can recommend 2 extremely good joiners to you who have references from jobs passed and present like i have never seen before! (they were told to slow down)[lol] if you need a joiner then pm me :)

I would highly recommend Steven Elder 07917167849, we just used him for a new build house, he's a very hard worker and gave us the cheapest quote by far and his standard of work is very high. If we ever build again or extend then we will definately use him again.
