Photo printing from attachment

Have JASC paintshop-pro.

Have received a photographic attachment in an email I want to print off, but it keeps coming up with the message "has to close down........send error report." Now on day three of trying.

Yesterday I went to use dad`s pc and first time it printed a 1/3 strip of the photo. Got it re-adjusted and when asked to print the same message came up.

Any ideas, please?

Sounds like the file is corrupted.
Try getting it sent to you again from a new scan or from original file.

of course you have tried right clicking on the attachment
save to target -to wherever and then opening that version?

you sometimes get that with pdf's

but a resend should sort it too
