I did not know that repeat prescriptions could be requested via email from the Riverview Practice in Wick, what a convenient option!

The service has been available since they stopped accepting telephone calls for prescriptions. If you do send an email always check to make sure you get a reply to say your request has been received and is being dealt with.

i emailled for my prescription for the first time last week, i asked for it to be ready at the chemist for me on the thursday and it was, really handy service.
