Yorkshire Parkins

Has anyone made Parkins ?

Would they store well? For a couple of weeks I think.

Yup they store easily for a few weeks.

They improve with storage and are yummy.

You are supposed to store them for a minimum of 2 weeks but I always have to make at least double in order for any to survive this long, but it is worth the wait.

I have a Yorkshire friend coming soon, and I know he would love some.
