Has anyone had much success growing and maintaining Magnolias up here?
I have 3 and they're going to need potting on pretty soon. I'm not sure whether to keep them going in large containers (if they even do well in containers) or whether they'll survive OK in the ground?
We live quite near the east coast sea and my garden is a tad exposed at the moment.
I will be adding another huge area to the garden once the house is finished and I was hoping to put them out there but I'm not sure what kind of protection they're gonna need.
