Is there a technically minded "swivel chair jockey" out there who could explain what Osa or Rnaap does when I run my O/S ?

OSA.exe (or OSA.EXE -b -l or OSA9.exe) - Office Startup Application used to launch common Office components to help speed up the launch of the actual programs.

RNAAPP (Remote Network Access Application) is a core executable for Microsoft Windows Dial-Up Networking.
