Castlehill Heritage Centre in Castletown - http://www.castletownheritage.co.uk/ run such courses occasionally. I see one listed for 24th /25th April but that may be fully booked by now. You can only ask :D

Dunnet Forestry trust also run them occasionally http://www.dunnetforest.org/ so might be worth contacting. When they do run such courses they usually post them in this forum.

Hope that helps

George is an International Award Winning DSWA Master Craftsman and DSWA / LANTRA Advanced Trainer and runs courses for Dunnet Forest and Castletown Heritage groups, amongst others.
His courses are very enjoyable.

Doesn't this belong in the music section?

Oh, they are not a band.

Had some experience rebuilding walls, it certainly is an art.

George is as good as it gets, a real asset. We need much more money going into our crafts, before it is too late.

Once you have been shown the basics of the whole thing it is easily done. We have done one wall and then an L shaped small wall for a shrub border and it looks perfectly good.

I did a weekend course with George, and it was fun. He made it all seem quite simple, but now I haven't the courage to repair our 60 feet of falling down wall.

I think it would be easier starting from scratch. As it is, I'm scared to dismantle a bit in case I can't get it back together again. If I do that, I'll have cattle in the back garden.
