Ever wondered what time (for example) sunrise was, as folks down south could not believe it was dark up here already?

This site gives a wee bit more detail - thinks I've not heard of 'Astromical twilight' or 'Nautical twilight'? This is today's detail

Astronomical twilight begins:04:12
Nautical twilight begins:05:01
Civil twilight begins:05:48
Sunrise:06:26
Transit (sun is at its highest):12:22
Sunset:18:19
Civil twilight ends:18:56
Nautical twilight ends:19:43
Astronomical twilight ends:20:33
Moon rises:05:43
Moon sets:18:07
