Help for a Miniature Rose

I have an indoor miniature rose which keeps getting webs and a very tiny insect on it. I have sprayed it over and over again but they keep re-appearing. I would prefer not to destroy it as it was a gift ( I have already lost one similar rose with the same problem) No other house plant is affected. Any suggestions?

sounds like red spider mite - I find it difficult to control. Keep misting the plant it may help
