Ages ago I posted away an entry into their free prize draw. Ticked the box saying "enter me into prize draw only" and sent it away. Today the form was returned with a letter saying I had to place an order too. Carefully re-read the form and it doesn`t say that anywhere, so they are getting it back with a courteous note asking for a proper explaination.

Anyone else had this problem with them?

No but ever since Empire was bought over by Littlewoods you get the "buy now pay later" with the hidden catch of 29% interest applied.
They will no longer deliver bulky items either so will pay off what I owe and close account.:Razz
