I actually went out and bought How could she by Dana Fowley after seeing an interview with her on This morning.
I have to say what an inspiration this woman is considering the horrors of her childhood.
I got to about page 40 and though about putting it down and not picking it back up as it had me in tears reading it, I persevered though and am glad I did.
I know a lot of these true life stories get repetitive but this one shocked me to the core, there is a lot to be said of the saying that giving birth does not give you the right to be called a mother.
Has anyone else read it?
