Has anyone in the Caithness area used this company? Just wondering if they come this far North or if I'm wasting my time!

We had Hilary’s Blinds when we lived down in the Central belt. On our arrival in Caithness we turned to a local family firm. Precision Blinds of Sinclair Street in Halkirk have done a lovely job and we’re very pleased with our new blinds. They can be contacted on their mobile at 0792 0055538

Yeh we've tried them already and they failed to turn up but think that was more due to the complicated design we requested!

Try Parasol, company in Inverness, but have local man here who measures, quotes price and fits as well. Can't say too much more as I married him!!! What I can say is he has worked for Parasol now for over 20 years as well as doing his main full-time job.

Do parasol design shutters, as ideally that is what Im looking for?

What type of shutters, not sure what you mean by this but probably OH would know???

Basically a wooden blind in a frame - I've checked out the website and they do mention them so I've dropped them an email.

Do any of the blinds places offer voile and curtains also?

Yep, Parasol do them too, although local rep only does blinds but Inverness have a lovely selection.
