Council Meeting: The agenda and background papers (http://www.highland.gov.uk/yourcouncil/committees/thehighlandcouncil/2010-03-04-hc-ag.htm) are available for the full council meeting on Thursday 4 March when the report which sets out the proposed approach to the budget consultation (PDF) (http://www.highland.gov.uk/NR/rdonlyres/FD04B6BA-B0E6-4CC5-B3D6-A10FCA5CE352/0/Item9HC4809.pdf) exercise will be considered.

Swimming pools,museums,librarys,daycare,schools.....nothing will be left untouched.
