There are nine. On the left post there are two, one on either side, plus one just above to the right (the bird flying in the distance is the eye). Above the right post there are two, white female and black male. that makes five so far. there's the big head in the middle (six) with an oriental man (seven), lady (eight) holding a baby (nine)

I can just see one face on the right but I see four faces near or around the left post, so still come up with 9 in total. The three you mention plus one on the very left looking straight out.

In the Mona Lisa painting I can see a cat, two rabbits, a dog's head, and three men's profiles in the background scenery. I suspect there might be more, and will look again later...
