The record for holding your breath is set at 19 minutes! Why? Why would anyone want to even try that, flamin nutters!

Personally I can't hold my breath for very long, hate that uncomfy/burning feeling in my lungs, I start to panic.

I hate holding my breath. When i go swimming i dont tend to put my face under the water because i dont like the feeling of holding my breath like that.

But obviously some people get a thrill out of it :eek:

Who in their right mind would want to feel light headed and dizzy? Holding your breath like that for 19 minutes. I think it would have a detrimental effect on the body. Must be crazy! :roll:
