ok i went and bought some of that sugar that isn't sugar stuff so i could attempt some baking - but i have no idea of recipes as this stuff weighs 'nothing' !
i would like to make something like scones or rock cakes so any recipes gratefully will be read :)
Let me know how you get on!
If that pretend sugar tastes ok in baking.
I just do without rather than have something that isnt "right".
There are a lot of recipes here but don't know if there are any you are looking for.

most brands have there own website these days. So if it was for example tate & lyle or silver spoon (http://www.silverspoon.co.uk/) they have a website with recipes for there products, it may be worth a try to check.
