The NRG Dance Troupe was established in Thurso in 1994 by its principal teacher Tracy Sinclair. At present classes are held in Thurso, Bower and Inverness and we are delighted to announce that New classes will be starting in Wick on a Saturday morning. The NRG Dance Troupe accepts pupils from Age 3 upwards and teaches non-competitive as well as competitive dancers. Whether you just want to come along for some fun and exercise every week or decide to take it a step further and compete – we are the dance school for you and have a proven track record

Tracy Sinclair is proud to have trained some of her pupils to become the top dancers in the United Kingdom and Europe winning such titles as UK Disco Kid, British Champions, European Champions, Scottish Champions, International Champions. Tracy is also a qualified Championship Adjudicator and has judged at the top events in the UK.

Classes and Private Lessons are available in Disco Freestyle and Slow Dance.
All teachers have been registered with Disclosure Scotland and the Dance School has a code of conduct for all members as well as an up to date Child Protection Policy.

If you would like to come along please phone Tracy to register your interest as places will be limited. Once suitable numbers have been attained Tracy will get back in touch with the Venue and Time for the new class.

Sounds like it's any age wanting to come along for fun and exercise. Anyway, how can they turn away a 60 year awld wifie wanting to learn to slow dance.:lol:

Hi - Yes will accept any age - as long as you happy to be in a class with people aged younger. Unless you can find enough 'friends' to have your own class and would be happy to come along and work with you!!

Dance is for any age!
